  • 0:07 - 0:17
I always fear about health, money, children, future job.. I am sick most of the time and keep worrying about the same. How do I get out of it?
  • 0:17 - 0:23
First you recognize, you always worry.
  • 0:23 - 0:30
Turn back and see, last month you worried but you still surviving now.
  • 0:30 - 0:37
Last year you worried. Wasted your time worrying you are still complete hole sitting now.
  • 0:37 - 0:45
So with your own experience of worrying you will know that worrying is futile. So get out of it.
  • 0:45 - 0:54
Now if you say "I don't know how to get out of it". “Get out of it” is do bhastrica, pranayama, Kria.
  • 0:54 - 1:01
All these practices.Yeah, the practices will help you.
  • 1:01 - 1:04
So you say "Yeah I can not do practices, even that doens't help me".
  • 1:04 - 1:18
Then listen to people who have more problems than you. [laughter] Then your worries will appear too small. And serve them.
  • 1:18 - 1:30
When even that doesn’t help. It will definitely help. Go and stay one day in a mental hospital. (laughter)
  • 1:30 - 1:42
And listen to all those patients who are there. Look at their conditions and thank God that you are no t there.
  • 1:42 - 1:52
You are only a visitor. You are not a resident there. Till it doesn’t work.
  • 1:52 - 1:59
(laughter) I give you all the options. (laughter)
  • 1:59 - 2:08
If it doesn’t work, but it does work. But if your head is so strong and it doesn’t work. Finally, go to a burial
  • 2:08 - 2:16
ground or a cremation ground. Look at all the bodies that come every day and get burned and you’ll know
  • 2:16 - 2:34
that you also going to go there. So what is the pointed worry?(applause) However well your life has being, however rich you have been, however famous or powerful , whatever you have been in your life, final is:
  • 2:34 - 2:41
your body will be cremated. You’ll be finished. So
  • 2:41 - 2:51
sit there a half of a day, not even a half of a day, two hours and see how people will come to burn the body
  • 2:51 - 3:03
and they cry a little bit and then they go home and have their dinner. (laughter) Next day they want to have their breakfast. The life will continue.
  • 3:03 - 3:14
And that is what to happen to you too. Every stories is going to come to an end.
  • 3:14 - 3:22
Cartoon is going too far. The moment you realise that cartoon is going too far, where is the point
  • 3:22 - 3:28
of worrying? There’s nothing to worry.
  • 3:28 - 3:37
Nature will find it. Yeah, will be tab time: nice time and good times, bad times. They all come and
  • 3:37 - 3:47
let them go. Nothing steers. That’s it.
  • 3:47 - 3:54
But don't come in suicide, ok. (laughter) Hold on.
  • 3:54 - 4:03
Let nature come and take its own course. Don’t interfere nature
  • 4:03 - 4:09
and try to jump from the fifth floor. You are not only you.
  • 4:09 - 4:17
You’ll create problem for all others who are living. At list we should not make others miserable around us.
  • 4:17 - 4:25
You know, you won’t do it. A person, who wants to come a corpse, won’t go and announcing every day and night that “I want to do it.”
  • 4:25 - 4:34
You know, that is how the people are taking attention. They are drawing attention. Once you say “Oouh, I’m so miserable”.
  • 4:34 - 4:41
And people think: “Ouh, pour.” I think then, they feel some good about them self.
  • 4:41 - 4:52
This is a technique, this is a way to draw others attention: “I am going to come a suicide.”
  • 4:52 - 4:58
If you really want to do it, tell nobody, go somewhere and jump.
  • 4:58 - 5:06
But I tell you it is hopeless it is useless to doing that. Because you’ll to do the same circle again. You are to come back and
  • 5:06 - 5:13
experienced the all thing once again. Why you want to do it?? Finnish it year
  • 5:13 - 5:23
experience whatever you have to go through, buried, go through it.
  • 5:23 - 5:27
You know, life is going to come to an end on its own some time.

WHAT IS YOGA
The secret to health and happiness lies deep within every human. Yoga is the science of discovering one's own self - the very source of pure consciousness, peace and bliss. Everyone knows that we don't feel good and we get stressed when there is disharmony in our lives, when our bodies are tired and our busy minds constantly chatter and judge. Through the discipline of Yoga we become more aware of ourselves by doing simple postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation to rejuvenate the body and quite the mind. It is in this manner that we cultivate harmony in ourselves.

WHAT IS MEDITATION
Settling the surface mind is meditation. Living in the present is meditation. Relaxing deeply is meditation. When you are really happy, reposing in love, you are meditating. Meditation is that space when the thoughts have subsided, and the mind is in complete rest.

ESSENCE OF ALL RELIGIONS IS SPIRITUALITY
All religions, be it Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism or Jainism, have three aspects: values, rituals and symbols. Moral and spiritual values are common to all traditions, and the symbols and practices - those rituals and customs that form a way of life within a religion are what distinguish one tradition from another and give each of them their charm! The symbols and practices are like a banana skin, and the spiritual values - the quest for truth and awareness of our divinity - are the banana. However, people in every tradition have thrown away the banana and are holding onto the skin.
