হাওড়া জেলার পাঁচলা ব্লকের রানিহাটি মোড়ে যে বাসস্ট্যান্ডটি ছিল সেটি একটি দুর্ঘটনায় ভেঙে পড়ে তারপর থেকে ওখানে আর কোন বাস স্ট্যান্ড নাই। এবং ওখানে শৌচালয় না থাকার কারণে নিত্য যাত্রীদের থেকে শুরু করে দোকানদার এবং সবথেকে সমস্যার মধ্যে পড়ে মহিলা পথযাত্রীরা তাই সকলেই চাইছেন ওখানে একটি স্থায়ী বাস স্ট্যান্ড ও শৌচালয় তৈরী করা হোক।

The bus stand at Ranihati junction in Panchla block of Howrah district collapsed in an accident and since then there is no bus stand there. And due to non-availability of toilets, daily commuters to shopkeepers and most of all women commuters are suffering so everyone wants a permanent bus stand and toilets to be built there.
