История о бесдушности и нарушении Законов начальницей Облздрава Донецкого областного совета и Главного врача Донецкого областного наркодиспансера, пациенты ЗПТ вынуждены отказываться от лечения из-за отсутствия беспрерывности выдачи ЗТ в других лечебных учереждениях области ,чиновники при этом молча смотрят на все это и отказываются помочь больным людям .
