    As a faculty member you will be able to use MyNCC as a tool to manage all of your classes.

    You can view class details, view your class list, enter grades for each class you're teaching

    Once you have securely logged into MyNCC, click on personal information and then make sure

    Next, click on the academic tab. As a faculty member, this is where you will find all the tools for managing

    The first thing you may want to view is, your teaching schedule, listed here.

    Your course details simply provide you with the schedule and course description

    Next, your class list, provides you with a list of all students enrolled in each of your classes.

    You can use this list to easily communicate with one or more students via email, or you can export

    student and makes contacting a student or their adviser very easy.

    Set option, in here you can select which types of students will appear in your class list,

    This drop down allows you to select what course you want to enter grades for.

    Set your default grade by selecting grade from the drop down and click, set default grade.

    Under the advisees status drop down, you can select all. This will show you all of your advisees.

    You can search for an advisee by last name, first name, or student ID number.

    You can also look at currently registered advisees, advisees that need registration clearance,
