Welcome to MyNCC.

My NCC can be accessed off the main website, under the quick links.

Click log ins, faculty and staff log ins, MyNCC.

As a faculty member you will be able to use MyNCC as a tool to manage all of your classes.

You can view class details, view your class list, enter grades for each class you're teaching
-
and also do all of your advising.
-
Once you have securely logged into MyNCC, click on personal information and then make sure
-
your biographical information is correct, by clicking here.
-
You can also change your password from here.
-
Next, click on the academic tab. As a faculty member, this is where you will find all the tools for managing
-
your classes.
-
On the left hand side click manage my classes.
-
The first thing you may want to view is, your teaching schedule, listed here.
-
You can view past or future semester schedules.
-
Here you can see class meeting times, and locations all in one convenient place.
-
To navigate back through MyNCC, use the breadcrumbs.
-
Now you may want to look at your course details.
-
Your course details simply provide you with the schedule and course description
-
as it appears to students.
-
Next, your class list, provides you with a list of all students enrolled in each of your classes.
-
You can use this list to easily communicate with one or more students via email, or you can export
-
the list to excel, or blackboard. This list also provides faculty with specific information about each
-
student and makes contacting a student or their adviser very easy.
-
Set option, in here you can select which types of students will appear in your class list,
-
based on their registration status.
-
Now for grade entry.
-
This drop down allows you to select what course you want to enter grades for.
-
Set your default grade by selecting grade from the drop down and click, set default grade.
-
If you'd like to change individual student's grades you can use the drop down
-
in this column to do so.
-
Finally we will cover advising. Under academics, student advising.
-
Under the advisees status drop down, you can select all. This will show you all of your advisees.

You can search for an advisee by last name, first name, or student ID number.

You can also look at currently registered advisees, advisees that need registration clearance,
-
or advises who are not currently registered.

Click on the advisee name for biographical and academic information.

Here you can do a GPA projection, a grade report, view the unofficial transcript, do a
-
degree audit, or see what a student's options are when changing their major.
