As a minister for the Ministry of Justice

I have failed on 3 fronts and am unable accomplish them

The first, the omission of meeting to be held by the 'People's Justice Committee'

for 2 years, 2008 and 2009, and this is a core issue that was absent in the enquiry

The second is that the aim of the justice sector

is to sentence, and the aim of sentencing is to execute said sentence

I'd have thought an inquiry would have been directed at me

when these sentences were not executed

whether it was when people remained in jail

despite a not guilty verdict for over 300 people from Libya's highest courts

or others who had received a death sentence and were released

without even asking the 'proprietor of the blood' to waiver

I would have thought these inquiries would have been made

to the justice sector but I believe the the 'committees' are in dire need

of important things relating to infrastructure and daily basics

I would like to clarify these points and say that I am unable

to follow forward on this course

and am unable to overcome these obstacles
