of who you are as a person,
specifically, your attitude
towards change and how
you adapt to change,
not just whether
you can do the job.
Be yourself and discuss
your motivations
and experiences with change.
Your response should provide
a broadly brushed discussion
of your core work related beliefs
and values in practice
and also give the interviewer
concrete examples of them in action.
This is a perfect opportunity as well
to build rapport with the interviewer
so try to turn it into more of a back
and forth conversation
as opposed to simply a question
and response format.
